Shayona Times Private Limited was formed in 2017. It is the parent company, and the group's two publications fall under it.
NavGujarat Samay came into the group in 2017 and Ahmedabad Mirror joined in 2021 — a Gujarati daily and an English city paper, which between them reach two readerships that rarely overlap.
