Forty-six bungalows at Kadi, three bedrooms each, every one standing on its own plot. It is the first time the group has built at this scale away from the city's apartment blocks.

A bungalow scheme is a different discipline from a tower. What decides it is not the elevation but the ground between the bungalows — the width of the street, the planting, the distance a neighbour stands away. On this site those were drawn first, and the bungalows were fitted to them.
