Bus ports, civic buildings and public housing, built for the state and for the city. The two bus ports are the only dated deliveries in the portfolio — Rajkot in 2020, Palanpur in April 2022.

On 1 April 2026, Shayona Land Corporation converted and began operating as Shayona Constructions Limited, a public limited company. The name on the buildings has not changed.
